The pixilation gave me a headache. I didnt have any vertical bars though. I stuck with it and enjoyed it, though the story was kind of hokey.......I had never heard of Park Row. Does it still exist? (the street?)

I'd forgotten he was in Fiorello. I didnt think they had killed him off in Murder, She Wrote, but I couldnt remember if he had moved or what. I liked Ron Mazak as his replacement, but he didnt have the small town homey touch that Bosley brought to the role.....

Yes, that's true. Also none of the stars from LITB became identified with another show/role like Robert Young was with Welby later........They were frozen in time so to speak......

While I think the popularity of LITB is partly due to the reruns being continually shown somewhere (versus FNB, which are not), I also think its due to the show striking a stronger cord with audiences and that is part of the reason FNB isnt a syndication winner like Beaver is. I'm not saying one show is better than the other. I watched both shows as a child (I admit I havent seen FNB in quite awhile on tv)...

Thanks for the heads up, or I would've forgotten! Too bad I dont have a lot of room on my DVR, so I'll have to be choosy. I definitely want so see Rockabye............Hopefully I can watch (and free up) some space by then!

That could be. I couldnt remember what time of year she died. Since she died in Europe and they are ahead of us in time, it could've been on the 5th their time.........

I may be thinking of AMC showing Temple Drake now that I think of it (years ago).......
