TCM is my favorite channel and I watch it everyday. I have a hearing loss, so closed captioning is important to me. I have noticed in the past few months many, many errors in your guide and also the on-screen infomation showing that movies are closed captioned and then when they come on, they are not captioned. TCM used to be very accurate in describing which movies are to be shown captioned, but in the last 6 months or so many errors. Could you please explain what has happened?
