  1. The most important thing you can do to improve your health is to cut out sugar from your diet. Try to stop drinking those sodas! They are like a slow poison to your system... Also, if you eat cereal for breakfast, you should probably eat only original Shredded Wheat which has no sugar. Have it with banana slices or blueberries. Too bad you can't eat yogurt. I would recommend yogurt with fruit, also. My main health program is walking. I try to walk 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week. Of course, you must work up to that. Start with 10 minutes a day about 4 days a week and work up to 30
  2. Some of the funniest parts of the show were the skits and bits they did during the breaks. And at the end of the show sometimes. One that I recall was the "Master Ninja Theme Song" with Gypsy and the whole gang singing at the end. So funny and so cute!
  3. I really missed Trace Beaulieu when he left the show.
  4. Fantastic! I can actually hear Bogie talking in my mind. Too good. Edited by: LittleAbner on Jul 10, 2010 11:50 AM
  5. That's great, Fred! Who is that woman? Or should I ask?
  6. His Kind of Woman. Also, June 5 at 5:30 PM, there is an entertaining western with Mitchum, John Wayne and James Caan called El Dorado. Edited by: LittleAbner on Jun 5, 2010 8:21 AM
  7. How about Jean Renoir's Rules of the Game. Made in that year of great movies: 1939. Edited by: LittleAbner on Apr 15, 2010 2:05 AM
  8. I like "Sanjuro" and "Wild Strawberries" and "La Dolce Vita". And "L'Eclisse" for the unique ending. Not to mention "Ordet"! I really can't pick a best. Too many great ones. Edited by: LittleAbner on Mar 16, 2010 2:36 AM
