The most important thing you can do to improve your health is to cut out sugar from your diet. Try to stop drinking those sodas! They are like a slow poison to your system... Also, if you eat cereal for breakfast, you should probably eat only original Shredded Wheat which has no sugar. Have it with banana slices or blueberries. Too bad you can't eat yogurt. I would recommend yogurt with fruit, also.
