  4. i know, i just love the cute little professors. have you seen that cute romantic one w/ merle oberon...the cowboy and the lady? that's another funny one.

  13. Miss G, kate and the duke made an odd couple but somehow or rather it worked. like always, kate got the best out of duke, but then again she always does doesn't she. one of my heros is atticus finch(gregory peck) in to kill a mockingbird.how do you like that movie? yours, theresa

  16. yes i think its a great group too angie. i love ball of fire too. that's a funnier one of his films. he is too funny when he holds that boxing book in frontof him and tries to defend barbara stanwyk when he can't really fight at all. it just makes me want to go up to him and give a great big kiss on the cheek. how about you? yours, theresa
  17. i love both equally. they are some of my other favorites. i love jeanne crain in margie but have never seen it on tcm. i need them to play it so i can record it, and i love her in the fastest gun alive and cheaper by the dozen.i love junie a w/ jimmy stewart in glenn miller story, and stratton story. i also loved her in all the van johnson movies they made together, esp. 2 girls and a sailor, the bride goes wild, and too young to kiss.oh i almost forgot about good news with peter lawford. yours, theresa

  19. sure miss G, first of all isn't right cross a great movie. i noticed you like boxing movies. this is a great one, not to mention its got junie allyson and dick powell in it although they didn't get together in the end. they were married when they did it together. of coarse they never got divorced. and many rivers to cross is one of me and my grandmothers favorites. its a good chick flick with robert taylor and eleanor parker. it is an absolute must see on my list of suggestions. rob taylor is bushrod gentry and elanor p is mary stewart chern and she definitely gets the best out of him by the end. yours, butterscotchgreer

  23. i like the movie margie with jeane craine, but it never comes on. my grandmother is getting a bit testy about it. she recorded it off tv a long time ago, but her tape is a bad recording, so we are looking for it intensely. keep a look out for it. all will absolutely love margie(esp. when her bloomers fall many times).its very cute. yours,theresa
