You are constantly looking to strangle me or boil me or have ephalents trample* *me or lock me out in the freezing cold!* no i am not! i only care for you, why else would i have made you mittens!? seriously, thats what i get for being sweet and innocent to a meanie! heehee! i havent strangled you yet, you are the one who brought it up....just to let you know. hey jackie!!! *Frank, have you seen Scotchie's new black gloves?* i like 'em! but i cant use those to strangle frankie, they will still leave finger prints. such a pity too. heehee! but i think they are perfect with those words on each hand. wonder how they get along with each other. heehee!
  8. *Good morning. Probably not quick enough for this discussion. Nextweek being Thanksgiving and I'm having a long weekend with my bride this weekend and "Prime Suspect 7" promised to her,no doubt all of you will be bored with "Eagles" by the time I get to it next month*. hey keyboard chris!!! youre watching Prime Suspect 7 with your loverly wife? have you seen it before? i looooved it, but it was extremely emotional, so look out for that if you havent seen it yet. i think my Helen did the best job in this last of the Prime Suspect series, but i wish it didnt end. Helen is as always beautiful in it, but i cried like a baby to it. she really sends her emotions out in this one.....i hope you enjoy it with your wife! and let me know how you both like it pretty please.
  9. izcutter, *Whoever was talking about their Grandma liking Laredo makes me feel really old.* sorry, i didnt mean to! howdy dahlink! *Excellent list, Texas Tea! 10. *Oh, I can't take looking at scorpions in any shape or form. They TERRIFY me.* oh me either! i have bad experiences with scorpions. *I'm trying to think what the first of Olivier's early movies I saw---it was either Rebecca or* *Wuthering Heights. I nearly fell off my chair when I realized it was the same actor! Of course,* *I have to make one more confession: I had already formed a "crush" on Zeus. My kind of man.* *Powerful. Unobtainable. And, of course, married.* when i was little i was struck by his powerful nature, it just jumped at me too. it still strikes me! heehee!
  11. oh thats is soooo very kind of you o do for that girl sis! grandmama might heave The Echanted Forest and i know she has A Song to Remember, ill see if she has any of the others and letyou know.
  12. *lol! That movie scared me silly as a kid, too! I never forgot "Medusa" and her horrible look* *that turned men to stone. 13. dahlink please dont turn to stone and leave me here with conrad and medusa alone!! well if he wont turn us to stone, she will! Clash of the Titans still freaks me out a bit.

  15. *Acck!! I nearly spit out my tea!* you nearly? i did! goodness! talk about having nightmares!....angie what if thats the guy in my dreams? *Gwynplaine looks alarmingly like Cesar Romero's "The Joker" from the Bat Man tv show.* youre right dahlink! michaela said The Joker was based on him, so that makes sense....its so freaky how they really do look a like though. that smile just looks so dangerous! dont look straight at it.
  16. april dahlink!! youre here!!! yay! time to have a tea party, how many cuppas have you had?
  17. *Surely you are mistaken. I would never hold hands with that yucky boy. I?ve had my **** shot though so maybe it will protect me .* good for you, but i dont want any shots! heehee! ill just try to protect myself with gary. *It is crazy that we have so many of the same types of Gary dreams usually within a day or so apart, if not on the same nights. I still get tickled thinking about how we both dreamed he was our dad but neither one wanted to tell the other one. When you finally told me it made me feel better knowing I?m not the only one who may need some help from Dr. Freud .* Dr. Freud? goodness me! i dont think he'll help, i think he'll just blame our mothers. heehee! *Which part do I get?* do i really have to answer that!? *No, fortunately you?re the only one around here who dreams about old Frankiefurter .* yeah its too bad i havent had one where he's the bad guy yet. heehee! *Seriously, I found much creepier pics of him but they were too bad and I didn?t want to be that mean. See, there?s the sweetness again Frank . Movie monsters today ain?t got nuthin? on old Frank, err I mean Conrad.* i dunno, i'd say conrad looks a little more freaky than frankie. that smile could kill kittens just staring at them, the porr kitties! heehee!
  18. *How ya doin' this mornin', Theresa?* im doing fine michaela, how are you today? *It's Conrad Veidt in The Man Who Laughs. It was also the inspiration for Bob Kane when he was creating the Joker character for his Batman comics. I don't know why Angie thinks that what Frank looks like!* i knew he looked familiar!!! now i remember, grandmama told me her opinion of him one time. she said she saw him in this one movie for the first time when she was younger and she got scarred by his face. heehee! the only movie i like of his is The Men in her Life... heehee! Lorettqa Young is in that one.
  19. *Crazy dream!! Here?s a question though, how come I got stuck with Frank?! That doesn?t seem fair.* oh yeah did i mention you were holding hands when yall came in right as me and gary were kissing? heehee! actually i dont know if you got with frankie in the dream. wow! what a scene! *I bet when I found him at home he was watching one of Gary?s movies and he was so engrossed I probably had to beg him to come with me to help look for you.* well i dont know, he doesnt even like my mittens i made for him. he may want me dead for all i know. ;) i hope frankie darlin' doesnt want me dead....after all i would never wish such a thing upon him either. heehee! *Did you see the dream I posted yesterday where Gary saved me from being molested by this awful man at a bbq? It was scary but at least it was different for a change. I usually don?t have the damsel in distress dreams. If anything, Gary needs someone to save him from me .* yes!!! i wanted to reply to that, but i thought you wouldnt believe my dream if i had. heehee! it shouldnt surprise me that we both have similar dreams almost at the same time, but i am surprised! heehee! that sounds like a scary dream too, almost being raped by a horrible man! its a good thing your part of gary was there to save you. heehee! *Frank confessed that he was the bad guy in my dream but he tried to use the lame excuse that he just wanted some more bbq. I?m surprised I didn?t recognize him right away.* was he really the bad guy? seriously, thats hilarious! of course he just wanted more BBQ, he always wants more, just like he steals all the Devil's food cake! where did you find that really freaky picutre?....hey it looks kinda familiar actually. heehee! where have i seen that before?
  20. ang! last night i had another dream where gary saves me and i havent had one of those in the longest time, i mean since the summer. but it was sort of different this time.....and you were in it too, and oh my goodness, so was frankie! i havent the foggiest notion why mr. grimey face was in it (just kidding heehee), but he was. it started out when you and me were christmas shopping at this antique mall and i wandered off to this big section where noone else was and you were still looking in another section and i was bending down looking at something and right as i looked up, that man grabbed me, you know the man i told you about who i can never see his face in the dreams? you heard me scream before he put his hand over my mouth so then you started running down all the isles looking for me, and he took me out of there and brang me to his hiding place and tied me up, but on the way Gary saw him hauling me into his car and saw that i was in trouble and followed him......you went to frankie's house and told him to help you look for me, and in the mean tme, that guy pulled out a very large knife and held it to my throat and threatened me. he was looking for something i owned, and he wanted it, but i had no clue what he was talking about. gary found the building i was in and somehow mamanged to get in without being seen and he was watching me from a distance all tied up and that guy came in the room again and i didnt answer him so he slapped me so hard i fell over in the chair i was in and he pulled out the knife again, but before he he did anything, Gary jumped out from the shadows and knocked the knife out of his hands and punched him so hard, he completely knocked him out of it. heehee! he untied me and slowly picked me up in his arms and kissed me right as you and frankie found me. right before i woke up, i heard you saying, "who's the hunk?" heehee! it was rather funny, but the dream was so scary. 21. *I've seen a lot of Broadway shows. My favorites are My Fair Lady, which I saw a few times, but I only like the Moss Hart productions. I saw it with Julie Andrews and Alec Clune, and Sally Ann Howes and Edward Mulhare. Also, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, with Robert Morse, Michele Lee and Rudy Vallee. Excellent show. And, even though they were all in the film version, as well, it wasn't as good. The film cut 1/2 the songs (most of Lee's numbers), and fooled too much with the Pulitzer Prize-winning script. Ragtime, 1776, Seesaw, No No Nanette and The Mystery of Edwin Drood are all musicals that I thought were superb. As for non-musicals, I loved The Miracle Worker (which was the very first non-musical play I saw on Broadway). Other favorites are Barefoot in the Park, And Miss Reardon Drinks a Little, The Belle of Amhurst, The Gingerbread Lady, Wait Until Dark, Noises Off, many more.* hey john!!! i havent heard from you in a long while. how are you doing?i notived all the new julie andrews clips you posted on youtube.. i loooove all of them! i was listening to that julie andrews christmas CD you gave me last night and thought of you. you have a great list of shows you have seen! i have heard about, The Gingerbread Lady, and The Belle of Amhurst a lot and would really love to see them! Barefoot in the Park is another good one, April also likes it a lot. i loved Sally Ann Howes in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and both me and my daddy loooove her voice .i always thought she had sort of a similarity to julie's style of singing, but of course julie's voice, i love more. unfortunately i wasnt born when they were playing the role of Eliza in My Fair Lady, but i have the record of julie in it. that would be loverly if i could hear sally singing some of those wonderful songs. do you know if they have a soundtrack of when Sally played in My Fair Lady?
  22. may i make a list dahlink? how about: 1) *Gunsmoke* 2) *The Virginian* 3) *The Big valley* 4) *The Texan* (grandmama always talks about this show from the late 50s and she had a few of the episodes on video tape. i havent seen them in a while, i wonder how many she is, ill have to ask her. 5) *Laredo* (another one grandmama used to talk about with me. "once i walked out on the streets of laredo.....laredo walk out on streets with me...la dee da!!" heehee! that isnt how th song goes, but if anyone has The Wedding Planner memorized, then you would know where it came from. heehee!
  23. *Bubble, bubble, toil and trouble* *Awaits FrankGrimes on the double...* you better believe it! i have some chocolate in case the glue doesnt work. heehee! oopsey daisies! Message was edited by: butterscotchgreer
