  2. hey april dahlink! loverly list of viv movies. but i muist agree about your review on Fire Over England. it just didnt appeal to me as one of her best. she looked pretty in it, but the story wasnt what i woulg call a movie i enjoy to watch multiple times.

  3. *Have any of you seen Chaplin's "A Woman of Paris"? I highly recommend it. I believe Chaplin gave Menjou his break- he had been a Broadway star, I think. Anyway, he is so good in it, I just love his performance. He and Edna Purviance are really wonderful together, and he is just what you would want him to be - dapper, charming, roguish, and good natured. The movie itself is quite brilliant, well worth looking at. I liked it tremendously.*

    hey jackie!!

yes i have seen this and i loooove that movie just as you do. it gave Adolf Menjou a great break and i think he and Edna should have made more movies together, but they were only in that one together. they had good chemisty in my eyes! and look how cute they were! great pictures jackie!

  4. oh yeah i have had one of those before...i always forget the name of those things. i cant remember exactly what the ytaste like, but i remember them being really good....my cousin once found a churro machine holder thing and he bought it wfrom a junkyard and made it all uo and fancy, so he always had churros in his room...i thought that was so weird at the time.

  5. i always thought he was too cute for words. i could never hate an Adolf Menjou performance. he was just too much of a chamrer and too cute with that mustache of his. heehee!

how could you turn down a face like that?

  6. i watched *The Houskeeper's Daughter* this morning, getting ready for school and loved it! it was so cute and i loved Joan Bennet's performances and well as Adolf Menjou. i liked how it ended, in a very playful way with them all crying to the tear gas. how funny! but then again, they didnt have them kissing in each other's arms at the end of it. banana oil! heehee!

  8. morning dahlink!

*Well, I hope you don't have a "really bad day" but that you enjoy your last cups. At least*

*you can save the tin and refill it! It was a tin, wasn't it? I can't even remember.*

yep, its a tin. but i dont wanna ruin the beautiful smell trapped in it. such a hard decision....but it would take some pretty good tea to fill it again. heehee!

how many cuppas are you on today? im on my 2nd.

  9. *Happy post-Halloween, theresa! Glad you had fun.*

*Since I was a kid, I've never liked cauliflower because it reminded me of BRAINS! It still does.*

*I was quietly at home that night sipping apple cider and watching TCM.*

*My friend and neighbor Marie knocked on my door unannounced in a witches costume and a horrifying ghoul face mask with glowing red eyes.*

*She let out a huge GROWL and I nearly peed in my pants.*

heehee! thats so funny! it does look like brains....when i eat broccoli in itself, i NEVER eat the tree part of it, i only eat the stems and only when they are mushy. heehee!

wow! if my neighborhood friends did that i WOULD have peed in my pants. goodness! talk about scary. did they have fake blood running down their mouths? yucky!!

    AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!

    face%20vampire.jpg

  10. i know, we all grew up with her as a little 2-D fairy in Peter Pan. heehee! itll be different. i dont think it will seem like the same Tink...or does it?

do you have a favorite Princess?

mine always has been and always will be Princess Belle from Beauty and the Beast. heehee!

  11. oh it wasnt too bad. this morning on the way to school, a car was going the wrong way, heading toward me down the street,so i hit the brakes and stopped, but he was still coming at me so i swirved out of the way and spun around quite a few times before i hit the metal rail on the side of the road. the other car didnt even stop. im okay, ill live. heehee! i only have a bruised up knee and the leftside of my body is really hurting from hitting the door, but other than that im fine. i just need to rest, im really worn out from going to school while bruised up, but i didnt want to miss any classes. ill just watch some sappiness tonight with greer and darcy and then greer with smithy. heehee!

*A "car accident" and a "heehee" in the same sentence. You have a dramatic flair.*

i wouldnt be talking swasheroo-who always wants his rummy! heehee!

  12. *I think I watched The Swan Princess a long time ago. It was good, IIRC, but I liked Tinker Bell a little bit more!*

i havent seen Tinker bell yet, but i really want to. i wanna take my little 7 year old cousin to see it, but i havent had the time yet. she really wants to see it too. is it really really cute? does it have a cute story line to it?

  13. hey kathy! long time so see! heehee! i miss our chats!

*we've seen the commercials but so far she hasn't really shown too much interest. She is REALLY into Princess stuff...but not the fairy/pixie stuff so far. She's never gotten to see Peter Pan (yet)..I know...what kind of mom am I ???? So she's only seen Tinkerbell on T shirts at the store and such. Maybe will check it out...will have to see.*

your kidling would get along really well with me! heehee! i would watch all those princess movies with her and enjoy every bit of them! heehee! have yall ever seen The Swan Princess?

    she would love it!
