oh april! you are such a gem! i love that pic of the duke carrying betty field!! i just thought they were the cutest couple together! the Shepard of the Hills was such a GOOD movie! there are a couple romantic parts i just love watching over and over again! not to mention he is so young and cute in it! heehee! i think im naturally attracted to men in suspenders and overalls. i dont know what it is, but those suspenders are phew! so cute! granted they dont match gary's overalls. not any day! heehee!

hey april dahlink!! i just watched Deep Valley this morning with ida lupino and dane clark and i loooved it. i hadnt seen this one in a long time and i just love watching the love "kissing" scenes. i love her playing shy characters. to me that fits her for some reason. she looks more pretty in those. i just love her in this movie, she was beautiful in it and so was Dane!!!! oh my goodness! what a looker. heehee!

oh dahlink! i got to watch a whole night of Frankie the other night when The Tender Trap was on with Marriage on the Rocks and the others, and my parents didnt complain about him....well too much. heehee! they actually let me! heehee! i didnt have The tender Trap recorded yet, but had seen it a while ago a few times and really wanted it, so i recorded it. i got to hear his daughter interviewing with robert osborne and i loved the story she told us about the last days of frankie's life and how each child took shifts watching him and frankie turned on the tv onto TCM channel and The Tender Trpa was actually on and she heard this voice from the background saying, "hey, that;s me, im pretty good.". i thought that was the cutest story!!!! i started giggling out loud. my momma didnt hear it, she was too deep with her nose in a book. goodness me! but she is improving. i actually got momma to watch it with me and she giggled a few times to it. she actually liked it! of course she just likes david wayne, so that might be one of the reasons. he is cute and funny. heehee!

*I'm not so "strawberry" anymore, I'm pretty much ultra-blonde at this point. And no jokes, MrGrimes.* heehee! i dont think he'll listen to you. he NEVER does. didnt you remember that frankie has selective listening skills? especially when it comes to us. sheesh! *I think I had about three this morning. I guess I slept well enough. Usually I need 5 or 6!* well, you were just on a roll, today i have had 7 cups, not kiddings! heehee! i was at my grandparents favortie chinese restaurant and we know the owners so wenever i come, they dont need to ask, they bring out a HUGE pot of hot tea already made and a big bowl of cream. for me. heehee! we stayed for a while and chatted. heehee! im working on my 8th cuppa. i could never get tired of my hot tea! heehee! i even tried honey with my cream and you know, it doesnt taste that bad. i think ill start doing that more. heehee!

ooh!! thank you april dahlink for those The Little Foxes pics. they are wonderful!! i love that movie, and yeah i would say that the word, "foxy" fits her pretty well in that one.

this is just an enlarged pic of the one down there you posted. The Very Thought of You is a very touching movie and one of my favorites of elanor parker and dennis morgan! it was beautifully made and it should be more well known for movies triggered toward world war 2. i personally love it!
