redriver - I'm glad to see a positive review. I actually enjoyed the remake "3:10 to Yuma" quite a bit. I thought the original was great, but the remake does the original story proud (in my opinion). I agree with the implausible ending, but there was one small item which increased the possibility of it happening a little bit for me. On the whole, I left the theater feeling like a saw a pretty good movie.
