  1. Rita Hayworth - strawberries Bette Davis - peaches
  2. I love them both equally, can't choose.
  3. Suds on DVD that would be great! It's available on moviesunlimited I think if you're impatient. It's a funny movie where she plays a laundress who has a crush on a guy who takes his shirt in once. (It's nothing out of the ordinary either.) She washes repeatedly till his return.
  4. I wasn't aware of that station. I'll check it out.
  5. I have to say Olivia because she was given better roles.
  6. It's a shame that Carole Landis doesn't have a cd of her material. I liked her voice in Four Jills in a Jeep. What's the best Langford cd on the market?
  7. Yeah she was selfish but with Rhett did I think Scarlett learned her lesson. She'll get a strong man in a month.
  8. I've read GWTW. I was kind of kidding. I think Scarlett has a lot of advantages in the end. She could take that land and use it to be a wise business woman.
  9. It's a wonderful station. Name me another that shows old movies. AMC is not an answer.
  10. Gone with the Wind. Scarlett says all right Rhett is gone and takes Ashley in her arm and says all this land is mine!
  11. I compared Charlize to Marion Davies because the person below said she should play her.
  12. I liked it actually. He looked like a nerd, someone who has read those novels countless times.
  13. Charlize Theron does have a classic beauty but she doesn't have the comic spunk required to play Marion Davies. She's a good dramatic actress I'm not denying that. If she ever does comedy I imagine it will be laid back, hopefully not tasteless too.
  14. Debra Messing and Elsa Lanchester
  15. You're right but Doris Day did the same thing. I like them both though.
  16. Brothers - Van Heflin, Arthur Kennedy Mother/Daughter - Sylvia Sidney, Marcia Mae Jones
  17. Natalie Wood and Lesley Ann Warren, early in her career
  18. Rita Hayworth, Ann Sheridian Alice Faye, Mary Beth Hughes
  19. Gale Sondergaard and Maria Ouspenskaya. I don't know why. They were in different age groups but I confuse the both of them.
  20. I like the Coen brothers but you never know. I said the same thing about Tim Burton with Planet of the Apes and it showed me.
  21. No the person's right. There were several versions of The Scarlet Letter during the time. One starred Colleen Moore and another Lillian Gish.
  22. You bet. It would be great to see Mary Miles Minter films. She is an actress who never got her due.
  23. George Romero better be making a lot of money for this.
