I am enjoying many of the Oscar movies, but I miss the smaller films. The B films. The little gems that went unnoticed but were worth seeing and memorable. I'll be glad when February is over and we see more of a "mixed bag" of film..

Just wanted to say thank you to TCM for such a great week of old black and white "who done it" movies. I have enjoyed them all. And many of them are new to me. And I was going to movies when many of them were released in the 40's. So it has been a real treat. Thanks.

I like the idea of selecting movies from the past for young people. But watching these two very nice young hosts attempt to converse is painful. There is absolutely no connection between them. How could there be? The films are great. They stand alone and speak for themselves. No discussion is needed. Just an introduction to the film with some interesting facts (as Robert Osborne does all the time) would suffice.
