But aren't they already U.S. residents? Just wait till more Australians and Swedes and Nords and Russians and Finns and Brits and all the other Caucasians from around the world start travelling to Mexico before entering the U.S. Then we'll see whether "white" people start getting questioned a little more diligently.

Questioning the rationality of "black" peoples' minds seems like a good idea to you? -
Maybe when lots more "white" people begin to travel to Mexico before entering the U.S., she'll fall under greater scrutiny.

She's received flak? You haven't been sending her any unmarked packages - have you?

I like this version best because a) I saw it first and 2) Lon Chaney Jr. is in it.

Is offensive the same thing as harmful? If so, shouldn't there be a lot more laws against offending people? Like millions more laws. -

Actually, it was members of the NAACP and "black" media that "ordained" it so. But, I suppose they could be seen as kind of leftish - they certainly have never been status quo establishment-centric. -
Probably because I possess such regal bearing.

You're very welcome. You know, I've purchased that album no less than 4 times in my life - twice on vinyl and twice on cd. The 2001 re-master was a significant improvement in sound quality over the first cd issue. Still the best solo album by any Beatle ever - followed by Lennon's primal-scream album of the same year (1970).

I liked her performance in 'Donnie Darko', jakeem. Thought she was sexy as heck for a school teacher.

Couple weeks back Dhani Harrison was on Conan doing a killer rendition of his father's 'Let It Down' (from the brilliant 'All Things Must Pass'). Did a pretty good job. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_2HSmsctFTU

I disagree. I've seen her in a few movies and she's at least as good as any number of current actresses.

Us all? Don't lump me in with all these overly-concerned ninnies.

Yep, it's a long-held tradition to throw tomatoes at show-biz people who fail to please us.

Except with 'Bambi'. There the message was reality - life's a b!tch and then you die. That's why it's the only one I really like. -

I'd be willing to bet there were both. Though how many of each type I couldn't say. -

I'd watch that. Not sure I'd enjoy it, but I'd watch it. -
Me too. But he's a rich jerk and I'm a poor one.
