I am a new member to this message board. My first thread question is the following: Does anyone know for certain why TCM never shows any of the silent western films starring William S. Hart and Tom Mix?
I know for certain that several of their films still exist, although most of them are long gone out of print or only seem to be available on a public domain catalog called Sinister Cinema. Sometime in the near future TCM should consider featuring films with both of these early cowboy movie stars as part of their Silent Sunday Night programming.
I look forward to any responses to this thread any threads I plan to write in the future.
Why are no William S. Hart or Tom Mix silent westerns ever shown on TCM?
