Somebody dragged another bike up the hill? Just got knocked off the cliff and tada - look on the very right.

Can see the handle bar and rear view mirrors.

Bob Dorian time at AMC was a lot like TCM host. AMC today is ruined. May both Dorian and classic AMC RIP.

Move the suggestion / complaint thread instead of the problem.

Don't get me wrong. They're great but it's starting to get overwhelming...
Thanks!
Already made the suggestion in one of the scrapbook threads. Which one, I forgot.

Can the webmaster create a separate forum for all these scrapbook threads?

What I like about Newsreels is whom I don't see....idiots waving in the back to tell the world they're alive.

It's been awhile since I've watched both films. The 1959 version is the one I first was exposed to on the old AMC, around 1990. My grandparents were very racist (and I mean VERY racist) so I was surprised they'd be willing to sit down and watch. I watched it with them and while it seemed dated (in the early 90s), I was drawn into the story.
They hated the '59 remake because it was a colored version?

I thought about mentioning that the movements are just too fast. that hyperkinetic bull started with the new wave of Disney animation starting with sheet like Aladdin. why so much speed? it seems to me that the speed is to cover up how truly lousy the animation and lame comedy is in today's cartoon sheet.

Last version...1959. It's 60 years old and no remake yet. Someone must be slipping.

(everything else on Earth is remade

Good observation. Probably the depiction of firearms in material at least ostensibly aimed at children is not going to be permitted by WB corporate heads, to avoid societal criticism.
Chopped to pieces by axe is more socially acceptable I guess.

Remakes are NOT made 'just to get the young generations interested'.
They are made to make money.
Like "The Wolfman" (2010) and "Ben Hur" (2016)?

I experience Sensurround every time one of these wretched things drives by.

All "sensurround" was is a line of subwoofers cranked up . I only saw EARTHQUAKE with the gimmick and it was really annoying.

What's more annoying is fake Cinerama accompanying Sensurround.

From what I've heard her tomb is down in the M. Sea somewhere. Even if they ever find it, I doubt they'll find much of anything (of her).
So the Romans's were the first to use...
