Well, if that drive-in was still in operation by 1980, I'll bet they really packed 'em in when they showed Coal Miner's Daughter there anyway, eh ham?!

Judging by the photo of what seems to be a Y class locomotive, the best bet is...

good movie, but tcm seriously needs to junk whatever copy they're using and request a proper one.
the subtitles were unreadable half the time and it greatly hindered my ability to enjoy the film
TCM brags about showing films uncut and commercial free. they should add "and in the best quality possible" to that statement.
Maybe TCM could ask the author of the Youtube video can they borrow it. LOOKS CRYSTAL CLEAR! Only needs English subtitles.

I think the Woodman should make a film about a 65 year old guy who has sex
with a 15 year old girl, but the girl thinks he's really 70. Just a thought.
Maybe a film "Mommy You (May) Have Competition"
WHAT THE HECK, he's sitting in the same seat (from my last post)!!!

I'm embarrassed to say I'd never seen All Quiet all the way through before making this video - but WOW what an impactful film! Considered one of the greatest anti-war films of all time, it was a grueling, brutal look at the effects of war on those who endure it. It won Universal its very first Oscars, but was also banned in countries across the world!
What do you think of All Quiet? Can you think of any modern-day (or even just more recent) films that have had this kind of impact?

Still remember when people (EXCEPT ME) thought this was a serious sci-fy movie .
Really, the title wasn't a dead giveaway?

Classic Hollywood was famous for depicting these May-December relationships.
Wonder where they got the inspiration?

Sad to hear of his passing. He once bragged about his hair (behind the scenes interview)
"Wolfen" (1981)

Had to grin and bear it in "Annie" (1982)
Oh the pain.

I expect sci fy movies not be be stupid i.e.Skyline, aliens came here for a brain downgrade or drama like "Twister" that insult my intelligence, people in the middle of an F5 don't get shredded to pieces and micro probes sending RTTY / FSK instead of packet burst
.
Oh yes, modern weather satellites don't send RTTY either.

The simple mouse right button copy and paste method though sites long as they allow it. My Windows Security denies me access to a lot of sites with "This is an unsecured connection"
To paste any personal photos, use Tinypic or Imgbb.com May get annoyed with Tinypics anti-spam protocols

Webmaster do something about the message at the bottom that says wait 27 (give or take a few) seconds before submitting. I did and nothing happened after a few attempts. Appears it did posted - several times.

Hubba.
In an interview with Julie Newmar the actress responded to the statement that the above video is on You Tube.
That is 18 years old. They painted my body gold. They found a technique where the poor model didn't die. I was wearing a tummy covering bikini as it were. This was so long ago that belly buttons were not allowed on screen. I was covered in gold, doing a backward arch and they yelled, "Stop!" They come running in with scotch tape and put it over my belly button.
Just in case anyone was wondering about Shirley Eaton in "Goldfinger". Didn't know there was a rumor she died from being painted in gold - she didn't.

She was only in one episode of "The Andy Griffith Show - The County Nurse". Only (barely) knew her from "The Creature From The Black Lagoon".

"Child 44" (2015) nice crime drama during the 1950's in the Soviet Union revolving around a serial killer targeting young boys. Movie hits home how hard it is to get any accurate statistics of the murder rate since it was denied by the state...There is no murder in paradise.
Audience channel presented it in the 2.35 widescreen format. Rack up another one for Gary Oldman.
