Most recently, you do as well. It is disrespectful to Amish people. They do not use electricity from a power grid. I just did some checking. TV is not considered one of the items to use any form of electricity for. In other words, everything hamradio said is incorrect. By now, I don't really care if someone agrees with me or not. I have an opinion and voiced it.

TopBilled, I agree with how this could easily go the wrong way. The above picture from hamradio bothers me.
I'm certain the Amish watch TCM's Silent Nights.

Agreed. Equally creepy.

That's why Sully is treating her like a mouse one is trying to get rid of.

This kid looks like Boo in "Monsters, Inc."

Man-child persona? Franklin Pangborn just came to mind. (he does act childish at times)

I would like to live in any of those 1930's Art Deco nightclubs, wear a slinky evening gown and be whirled around the dance floor by Fred Astaire in white tie and tails.
Fred Astaire is not with us but the Art Deco nightclubs...
The Queen Mary now a tourist attraction it still has the 30's style art deco lounge.

Can you believe his first Hot August Night is 46 years old?!

"Retreat at Gettysburg" (2018) documentary about General Lee's retreat that ended when he crossed the Potomac River by pontoon bridge. Anyone interested in the Civil War, I recommend this, Newsmax generally reairs (constantly).

And there's always the "13th moon of Jupiter", where the Fire Maidens are really hot:

Speaking of Jupiter....
"Jupiter Ascending" (2015)
Wow she is 14,004 years old.

The parallel universe in "The Golden Compass" just to experience how the laws of physics differs from ours.
Just have to remember not to mention that annoying "dust" the freaks out the powers that be. Like them to visit our universe, the deserts will be the ultimate nightmare.

Wonder if there's any connection between Hitler and PLAN 9 FROM OUTER SPACE.
Both were equally bad.
"Inglourious Basterds" was an odd alternative universe movie. What was the purpose of making it, wishful thinking of Hitlers demise?

I think you are on the right track with that theory!
One thing I think borrowed by another satire movie, "Top Secret" is the telephone.

And don't forget TOPAZE (1933) or TOPAZ (1969). I guess that extra "E" makes a difference.
2 different ways to spell the gemstone.

Certain titles are popular within certain genres and may have slight variations, like:
BLACKMAIL (1929)
BLACKMAIL (1947)
BLACKMAIL (1973)
BLACKMAIL (2005)
BLACKMAIL (2018)
BLACKMAILER (1936)
BLACKMAILER (1937)
BLACKMAILED (1951)
You get the idea. TCM could do a 24-hour marathon on films with the word blackmail in the title.
My head hurts.

Hate to think how chaotic and confusing the "I Just Watched" thread would become.

Now, right off here I have to admit that I've never watched that 1960 movie All the Fine Young Cannibals, nor really know anything at all about its plot points and storyline. Nope, JUST who starred in that sucker, that's all.
And so question here:
Do R.J., Natalie and Tan Boy Hamilton prefer light or dark meat in that flick?
(...I'm gonna guess the young Wagner couple liked the light meat, and George Hamilton for obvious reasons--that whole tan thing--preferred the dark meat, right?!)
Did you say Fine Young Cannibals?

I was trying to get info on this film playing on the SyFy channel but the Churchill movie keeps popping up.

Typing in 2011 fixed the search issue.

Wow, I just had a revelation that I think only solidifies my point that only Harrison Ford could play Han Solo. I actually momentarily forgot someone else DID play Han Solo, and just a few months ago! And I saw that movie in the theater!
Doubt if even CGI can make Harrison Ford 20 again.
