There is a black/white film that I loved watching but cannot remember the name. The story was about a family that owned two homes. A homeless man would move into the home that the family was not living in for the season. The "man" believes he is allowing some other people to share the home that he is in but it turns out that they are the owners. He helps them work out their differrences and they never tell him who they are.
