>"The Unforgiven,"an okay to good western, not one of the really great ones.Good acting by all, especially Audie Murphy. I though he did some of his best work in this film. I know a lot of people really like this film, great director, wonderful cast and beautiful scenery , but for some reason it didn't click with me. It was written by Alan LaMay, whose other novel is "The Seachers",which I consider one of the great films ever made even if there is a big change from the book, but that's why they make more then one flavor of ice cream.Everyone has different taste...
This a thread for favorite lines not for some so-called film critic as you seem to see yourself.
Live by your last statement and know everyone has dfferent tastes...great mind..

>I love that! Time to go watch The Unforgiven.....
I really like Burt Lancaster in Westerns and I don't think he is given enough credit for how really good he is in that genre.
The Unforgiven is a little different Western directed by John Huston with some different themes...

>Have you been to any Yes shows in the last few years, Jake? I've been to a few in my time, but two years ago they did a really relaxed sort of bar style concert that was just out of this world!
No, I have never had the pleasure to see them live. They are one of my favorite bands.
Right now I am drinking one of my favorite beers listening to Starship Trooper. I love it...
Feel free to let 'er rip with any Yes music...
