  1. Mickey Rooney and tea. (coffee goes right through me and he might think it odd if I left the table every five minutes). To hear all the stories he must have starting in the 20s would be cool.

Maybe Barbara Stanwyck. Who would need a drink while sitting across from those eyes.

  2. Wow your right about Sone Age. My family just watched that a while back about the same time we watched the Wayne version of Three Godfathers. I still didn't make the connection. Duh, to me. lol

  3. Romantic comedies are my favorite. Some of the many favorites I have along with those listed already are:

Vivacious Lady, Remember the Night, Easy Living, Bachalor Mother, Destry Rides Again, Holiday. There are so many more on my list but I'll stop with these. As for modern day movies: Roxanne, While You Were Sleeping, You've Got Mail, Jerry McGuire.

  4. Wow, What an odd and busy day it was here. I'm not amazed that everyone can read the same words and get a different meaning out of it. It's true, for everyone of us out there, there is a totally different way of thinking. Like DNA, no two will think exactly the same. Isn't that cool.

  5. the 30's Fred Astaire

    The 30's & 40's James Stewart

    the 40's & 50's Cary Grant

    the 50's & 60's Steve McQueen

    the 70's Clint Eastwood

    the 80's Harrison Ford

    the 90's Tom Hanks

the 00's ? maybe someone out of the Lord of the Ring cast.

I would love to have been apart of that series.

Orlando Bloom? we'll see how the rest of the

decade goes for him. Pirates is a pretty

    good start

  6. I'm not sure, but this brings to mind all the gym scenes in the oldies. The old giggling strap around the butt. The medicine ball (I think that is what they call it) being tossed around. Women doing bust exercises. These type of scenes always make me grin and I assume they were based on what was "in" for the times.
