I wonder if there is a a CD of Henry Mancini's theme songs. I would love to hear these again. Thank you scsu for giving me that idea. Another show that might have been loosely based on a film was "East Side,West Side " it was another short lived series. It was with George C Scott.Very gritty like a Naked City.
Wasn't there also a TV series The Naked City? You know "there are 8 million stories in the Naked City".
