Norman Fell? The Police Show was 87th Precint. It was based on a series of novels by Ed McBain ( Evan Hunter was his pen name). His 1970's comedy tv show was Three's Company with a spin-off of The Ropers. He was in Ocean's 11 with Frank, Pork Chop Hill with Gregory Peck, Bullitt with Steve McQueen and The Graduate with Dustin Hoffman ????????

Since my favorite films Elsa was in have been mentioned, I'll add a charming, small role she had in The Razor's Edge. Elsa sings a song to herself in the film. It's lovely, she gives Tyrone an invitation for dying Clifton Webb. Another sweet role I don't think anyone's mentioned was in The Bishop's Wife. Elsa was always a joy to watch no matter the role.Wonderful actress.

LOL- you are such a meanie. I love the Lassie movies and Roddy was so sweet and touching in Lassie Come Home. I always get teary eyed everytime I see this film and I've seen it many times. How Green Was My Valley,The White Cliffs of Dover, My Friend Flicka, Son of Fury, Story of Benjamin Blake,Keys to the Kingdom. All great films and he was such a great child actor in all of them.

Margaret Leighton was once married to Michael Wilding who was married to Elizabeth Taylor who spoke that spinning wheel line in Giant. I love The Gotta Dance routine in Singin In the Rain, it's a favorite of mine in all musicals and yes, you got that right, it fits perfectly in the story of Hollywood's musicals and the gangster element. Besides, WOW, to Cyd Charisse, that dance that she does with Gene with her long legs in the green dress has to be one of the sexiest dance numbers in all film musicals and that's part of the Gotta Dance, Broadway Melody routine. Gene has no ego or vanity in that routine, Cyd is the star of that routine and he steps aside to let her be the star in that routine.

The Florence Henderson Show 2007-2009, it was a talk show also Who's Cooking With Florence in 2013. Many celebrites were guests on these shows. I use to watch both shows. Yes, Florence Henderson is correct Miles. She was the first female to guest host for Johnny Carson on the Tonight Show. She loved game shows and appeared on them for many years, Hollywood Squares, Password, Match Game, What's My Line, etc. She did commercials for Oldsmobile, her most famous though were the Wesson Oil commercials, she did those for 22 years, ( remember she sang Wessonality) later she did do the Polident commercials. She started out as a stage singer and actress. She starred in the film Song of Norway. Of course, her most famous role was as Carol Brady on the Brady Bunch, 1969-1974. Yes, David Lean and Ann Todd and yes that's why I phrased the Ann clue that way. Excellent and quick Swithin. Ann also played Gregory Peck's wife in Hitchcock's The Paradine Case and of course David Lean's Oscar wins for directing Lawrence of Arabia and the Bridge on The River Kwai.
