This isn't how this game is played. Please read thru the thread to see how it is played. Please don't try to change it. We've been playing it for years just as it is and enjoying it. Just use Audrey Hepburn as the next one without adding a question to it. -

That's not what I wrote. It seems you and I are playing ping pong in this thread, I'd like to give others a chance to partipate that's why I decided to hold off solving this one. If no one jumps in then I'll answer and probably then pass the thread and hope someone else decides to post and play. That's how we keep threads alive by having more participation by as many as possible. Besides, it';s more fun having a greater number of posters involved. Too much of a burden to have 1 or 2 posters always come up with questions.

Sorry not Betty, she isn't known as a singer and it's not Dinah. The actress I'm asking about is known as a singer besides actress but her famous tv show was a sit com. Also, never said having her own tv show was a first. That's not the first I'm writing about. next clue- She did however have some tv shows with her name in the title but those are not the one she was most famous for

I know the answer, just waiting for more participation in the thread

I wasn't thinking of those ads. I haven't seen the Doris ad for Lux soap mentioning The Man Who Knew Too Much, but if you say so. Vera Miles did a print ad for Lustre Creme Shampoo mentioning Psycho and Doris Day did a print ad for Lustre Creme Shampoo mentioning The Man Who Knew Too Much. Yes, Louis Jordan, Alida Valli, Ann Todd,Charles Coburn, Ann Todd, Gregory Peck appeared in a print ad for Chesterfield Cigarettes and The Paradine Case is mentioned in the ad. The Vera Miles ad in the upper left hand corner on the Blue background is where Psycho is mentioned. I can't enlarge the poster, maybe you can. Under Doris Day's signature is where The Man Who Knew Too Much is mentioned The upper left hand corner on the Orange is where The Paradine Case is mentioned. Fausterlitz you can take the thread.

Thanks, Fausterlitz next Two actresses appeared in 2 different advertisements for the same product. Both actresses starred in 2 different Hitchcock films. In their ads for the same product, their Hitchcock films were also mentioned. 2 actresses, the product they were advertising and the 2 Hitchcock films mentioned in the ads. For extra credit, there is another ad with a group of actors that were in another Hitch film and that film is mentioned in the ad for the product the group was advertising, the cast in the ad, the product and the Hitchcock film ???????????

Thanks Miles next This actress was a stage, film and tv star. She had a long career. In the classic time frame she appeared regularly on daytime and nightime tv shows. She's best known for one tv show she starred in. She had the distinction of being the first female to do something on another tv show, besides the one she is most known for. Actress and the tv show she's most known for and what TV show was she the first female to get to do what on the tv show ?????

From what I've read, Hitch wanted a different visual texture and look for Psycho. He chose to use his Alfred Hitchcock Presents TV crew instead. Is that the info you're looking for ?
