Miss W and Tom, really enjoyed reading your posts .Couldn't agree more with both of you and The Third Man is a great film.
Eddie mentioned that they'll be showing Brighton Rock in the future. I love that film and haven't seen it in a few years. Very excited about seeing Brighton Rock again. A very young and very menacing Richard Attenborough, it's an excellent British noir.

He was in the Mitchell Boy's Choir, uncredited in the Crosby films Bells of St. Mary's and Going My Way. He was in The High and the Mighty with John Wayne and We're No Angels with Bogart. He had a role in Cimarron City , the tv show for a year, and co-starred in the tv show Laramie ????????????

Yes, Witness is a great film. Laughton and Lanchester did make a great team. He was treated very badly for Night of the Hunter, so much so, he never directed another film. What a loss, he was a great talent.

The first couple that comes to mind is Bogart and Bacall, since he won an Oscar, she didn't they were in 4 movies together, both were legendary. As far as Lauren's hair went it looked sensational just don't know if it caused a sensation ??
