  1. I have enjoyed the Women in Film series very much.  But while watching the 7th episode, the audio was very much off.  The narration was so low in volume, that I could hardly hear it, especially when the movie audio was also playing.  That audio seemed overly loud.  This never happened in any of the previous episodes, so I don't think it was my TV that was the issue.  Anyone else have this problem?  Any way to alert TCM to this issue?

  2. I have TCM-HD. I have an HDTV. However, lately, the widescreen movies shown on TCM-HD have not been shown in widescreen on my TV. That is, they are letterboxed and pillarboxed. "Performance" with Mick Jagger, shown last week is one example. Has TCM-HD stopped showing widescreen movies in full 16x9? It's very frustrating.

  3. I would like it if someone, somewhere, sometime would show "Split Image." It is from 1982, so possibly a little new for TCM. But it's never shown, has never been released on DVD, and is long out of print on VHS. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0084714/

And although there was a marathon showing of Wheeler and Woolsey movies a couple of years ago, I was ignorant of that comedy team and only watched a couple. Then I saw "Hips, Hips, Hooray!" and my life was changed forever. I need more!

I agree. He seemed so self-important and then couldn't even get "The Harvey Girls" right. All that nonsense about actors who like his little "film school." Give me a break.
