[Need help finding movie title that aired this past October]

The movie was about a guy who went to the beach for a vacation and comical bad luck followed him. There was very little talking during the entire movie. It was a resort-type setting where the guests were called by a bell to a common dining room for each meal period.

 

The only other detail I can give is that he drove an exceptionally small sports car and drove very slow

 

Can anyone help with this? I would be grateful.
