I am looking for a title of a movie set in a publishing company (or something like it) Deloris Hart wants to be to be promoted to a copy writer (I think) and Joan Crawford is the head of the department. At the end of the movie Hart gets Crawford's job and she retires or is let go. I hope this is enough information for someone to help. Thanks
