Black and White, possibly from the 30s. Old lady in a wheelchair and her niece live in a country house, young man is hired on as a handman type. Girls start to be murdered and dumped in the woods near the house. Handyman endears himself to old lady, niece is suspicious and afraid. Handyman ends up being the killer. I thought Robert Young was the handyman, but I did searches for that, and came up empty. I saw it one time on TCM at least four years ago.
