[CAN YOU HELP ME ID THIS CLASSIC MOVIE]

theres a clip from The Snorkel on youtube, here:

but it doesnt seem to be the film I remember, it seems to be set in a more recent time than I remember, the house seems to have Spanish servants, the murder is done with gas lamps turned off, not a gas fire, and I don't remember the 'snorkel' (i.e. the diving device)

 

So, I wonder, if so, what the one I want is ?

I just found this forum and thought it'd be a good place to get help like this, this was the first post I viewed, and its for the same film that I wanted!

I posted queries to another couple of forums a couple of months ago, but no luck.

Can't see it on Amazon,though, or find a torrent for it :-((
