The guest star was the star of a hugely popular sitcom in the 1950's, as well as being in many Warner Bros. movies in the 40's and 50's.

Let's try this one. The TV series was a popular program in the 1970's or 1980's (I think) and the guest star played an older relative who comes to visit. Everyone loves this relative because she's a fun-loving, free spirit and everyone seems to envy her and her lifestyle. But it turns out that she is just as lonely as others, and secretly envies those with a loving family to care about. The questions are to name the star of this series, the title of the series, and the actress who played the relative. If you need more hints, let me know. Terrence.

I believe the other actor was John Qualen. If I'm right, he certainly did a number of accents. He seemed to play a lot of Swedish men.

I'm not certain of the series. Possibly Alfred Hitchcock. The actor in question is Lorne Green.
