Three Women

The most enjoyable job I've ever had was as a part-time cashier in an upscale grocery store in Beverly Hills. I worked there for about three years, and came in contact with many, many celebrities. It's surprising how many of these people actually do their own shopping! And I must say that , by far, the majority are extremely nice people and didn't seem to mind my taking some time to talk with them. Of course, there are the exceptions, like the two-time Oscar winner who was extremely rude and didn't even have the courtesy to say a single word to me. Or the beloved star of many romantic comedies who didn't have a trace of a smile, just a terrible scowl. But, as I say, they were the exception to the rule. Terrence.

You all have come up with wonderful suggestions on the care of DVD's. The one that really surprised me was the fact that they should not be handled by the center hole. I confess that I'm guilty of this, mainly becuase it's such a handy way to handle the discs. Have the rest of you heard about this technique? Just curious, since we all treasure our movie collections. Terrence.
