  1. I've been toying with that notion lately myself. Actually, my thoughts were to open a new Thread: *Oh, that face, that fabulous face II* - for , say, post 1950's celebrities. Something like that anyway - just my first thoughts. Any ideas..? Anybody..
  2. By well known, do you mean of the same era (late 1800's-1950's), but more famous/popular? Or more well known as in more recent (1960's to date)?
  3. Somewhat, yes. This actor's head and face are fuller, square-ish. I believe he was in a noir Thursday evening.
  4. We don't usually see him in color
  5. He is indeed Warner Oland, Mad. Thank you.
  6. You think right. Thank you, Baker. Your thread.
  7. Ray Miland and Claude Rains are excellent choices. They are not the owner of these intriguing eyeballs. This guy's character almost always had part of his family tagging along for added amusement.
  8. That 'Wall of Sound' was, literally, a wall (walls) of giant sheets of steel which reflected all the sounds during recording. They reverberated like a Stanley Hand Saw when wiggled. Great music came from that set-up.
  9. Check this out. One of the pages here lists stations that air the films. http://charliechanfamily.tripod.com/index.html
  10. Hi Linda, Use the Search window in the upper right of your screen. Type the name of the film and Enter. Select your film from the next page. Under the Title at the top, click on Reminder or Remind Me and follow the directions.
  11. Thank you "I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure, I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best."
  12. Trying to find a photo of this guy without makeup is like looking for a mosquito with no wings. Who's this?
  13. WaHOO! Yes, it's PO - and I don't mean your Parole Officer - Pat O'Brien. Thanks, Rich!
  14. Woody Allen is correct Thank you. Your thread
  15. Sorry Miles. twinkeee beat you to it. YAY! twinkeee Ms. Kim Novak. I thought the color of her eyes might give her away.
  16. Mr. Grant openly admitted he had taken it over 100 times - before it was made illegal.
  17. > {quote:title=twinkeee wrote:}{quote}Funnie...I didn't get an answer from him........ He's about. I saw him earlier.
