  1. Oh yeah. As Andy Taylor would say, "UhUhhhhhGlee. I can't see how any man would want to settle down and marry something like that". You're looking in the wrong place if you can only find one western with Jimmy Stewart in it. Try this website: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page Just enter his name in the search bar window thingee in the upper right of the screen and hit return. Scroll down to - *Filmography* - and click on the blue words - James Stewart filmography After that, you can do the same for any name, place, thing, song..
  2. Nice pick, star. Ms. Debra Paget makes you our 16th winner! (box is empty).
  3. Not Irene - what's not even close is your comparison to Irene Hervey (who looks like Stan Laurel) Are you wearing your glasses?
  4. That's the one. I think she looks like Grace Kelly here. Her hair has been many styles and colors but this photo seems to be out of the ordinary, even for her.
  5. *#1.* Spotted by a patrol boat - shots exchanged *#2.* Return to the scene.. body is gone *#3.* A large amount of counterfeit money is laundered *#4.* She takes him into her boarding house and, later, regrets it Same actress - chronological order - clues are all over the place
  6. Looks like Christina. That's too recent. This girl was in a film with Big E and has actually been in one of the many films; Les Misérables
  7. Tom Jones? TOM JONES? .. Richard Greene he is Nice one, twinkeee
  8. I'll have to do some reading on this one. Everyone jumped right into the 60's and 70's because of the explosion in that era. I can't recall any pre-codes with cursing - probably were a few, I'm not an authority. They may have just been visual stimuli in the (usual) area of sex. I can recall seeing a lot more skin in those early films along with bra-less women in low-cut evening gowns that left little to the imagination.
  9. A matinee idol who appeared in more than 40 films and was probably best known for his lead role in a long-running British TV series - which was shown here in the U.S. (143 episodes 1955-1960).

  11. Yeah, with fava beans. He's a wascally wabbit.. Here's her Wiki-page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Keyboard_warrior_killer/sandbox/Pola_Negri
  12. You're not sendin' me up, copper! She's Pola Negri. Yeah. She was in on it from the start. She knows everything!
  13. Donald Meek is well suited to his characters. I like him a lot. A favorite of mine is S.Z. Sakall. He brings good feelings to any film.
  14. Don't leave me here alone with these people! I'll spill the beans, I swear I will! I'll tell them who the girl is! You can't do this to me!! Freddd..!!
  15. It's important to maintain a sense of humor :^0
  16. It is too bad, I'm with you on that. Until that day arrives however, we (I, at any rate) should abide by the agreed to policy(ies) and rules for posting here. I don't believe were even supposed to be alluding to these words (doesn't bother me, though.. as you said. And I'm not a prude). Heck, if they're being aired on TCM for everyone to hear, why not here? I also feel, with my own strange sense of humor, using terms such as B-word, etc., in excess IS in itself ridiculous enough to be hilariously amusing. Like being in a Neil Simon play. It's absurdly funny, to me anyway.
  17. Yes. Hugh Herbert. Another
