  1. Ya know, Silent, you don't HAVE to put a period between each letter in TCM, CBS, PBS, RKO, MGM and VHS.  You might learn this in ACRONYM CAMP!

All kidding aside, I don't think a TCM camp would really work except for those who could afford it.  Like it's film festivals, it would likely be located somewhere that most(and/or many) of TCM's fans don't live anywhere near,  and/or don't have the time needed to be able to GO!  That is, IF they could afford it!

Best to pitch a tent in the backyard and run both a cable and electrical extention out to it!  :)

Ya know.. we used to do just that. We'd also take one of mom's best king-size sheets and hang it over the clothesline - use it for a movie screen for our 8mm movies.

  2. I believe that it's "B" movie actress Myrna Dell.  She may have been on TCM yesterday in "Belle Of The Yukon".  You can see her in this clip from 1952's "The Bushwackers".  She plays Lon Chaney Jr.'s not so nice daughter, Norah.

Oh, yeah.. I'd rather stick a needle in my eyes than watch someone throw one of these in a trash can

  4. The wealthy relative will not succumb to the man's requests for money. With heavy debts looming, he resorts to an act of desperation to obtain the money his relative has upon his person. The visiting relative is never heard from again..
