  1. I'm trying to remember the name of a murder/mystery movie I saw when I was little. Likely it was the early to mid 1960's. The only thing I remember well is the movie started with a woman murdered and lying on floor of kitchen. A man sees the woman on the floor through the kitchen door - could have been mailman or milkman (?). The movie was about finding who murdered her. The word "apple" sticks in my mind so wonder if it was in the title or it was the street they lived on? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
  2. Yes, you may be right! Thanks so much for your help. I'll try to find a copy of it.

For some reason I recall that "Apple Valley Road" was in the title or it was the street where it took place. I know
