  2. Jarrod, if there is one scene from on movie I can not live without, it is the Good Morning number from Singin' in the Rain. It's heavenly!

  5. Thanks for the recommendation! I don't own that one, but I do own the Cary Grant Collection with His Girl Friday, The Awful Truth.... anyways, it's a very good set and I recommend it to anyone who loves classic films.
  6. The movie is "magnificent" but there's something that always leans me towards Seven Samurai for more entertainment.

  8. My favorite role was him as the priest in On the Waterfront.
  9. TCM did a great job not just releasing these films, but releasing them really nicely. I think I'll buy it sooner or later.

  12. And even a wacky movie like Ball of Fire is one where she plays her character to near perfection that it's real.

  14. Well, she made Blonde Fever at MGM the same year, 1944, so I would say she had a small contract.
