To me, Walter Connolly is what holds this film together, but of course you can't go wrong with Ginger!

Your right, I totally forgot about those earlier versions. But as you said, it's a perennial classic..just think, what about Brad Pitt in a remake of Casablanca !

There's some movies that just shouldn't be remade, and The Wizard of Oz is by far one of them. This whole thing would really disappoint me.

It will be shown as part of Ginger Rogers month. It's an offbeat role for her, but still enjoyable.

I can't wait until the Summer Under the Stars listing for Miss Grayson, I'm sure it will be fabulous!
