(Is there much music in the doc?) Three days of peace and music without the peace is nothing to be proud of.
The music is definitely a side story to the numerous problems. Longer clips of Korn, Limp Bizkit, The Red Hot Chili Peppers and Fatboy Slim are used in context of the crowd getting out of hand. Bush, Willie Nelson, Sheryl Crowe and Jewell are briefly shown but this is not a showcase for the music. I had no idea Elvis Costello was there! I just found a clip online. I suppose the doc just wanted to highlight the problems. It looked like his performance went smoothly.

What’s Mel Brooks doing now? His new book. About Me My Remarkable Life In Show Business came out last fall. Either towards the end of October or in November. I think in November and I think the only thing I saw him on promoting it was Good Morning America. I thought he would have made more TV appearances promoting it then that. He usually does. Is he sick? I don’t think he’s retired. Maybe he’s working on something else now. He's 96 years old so I'd assume he's not working as much. He's got a website (melbrooks.com) and twitter account, so somebody is updating it.
Apparently, he voiced a character in the recent Paws of Fury:
