I think Jerry Lewis is one of those performers that people tend to love or hate. I wouldn't have pegged either one of you as Jerry Lewis fans (based on my limited online impressions). I liked the Martin & Lewis movies as a kid but can't say that I was a fan of any of his solo movies. His humor was just too broad, and his persona always felt a little slimy, to me. He was well-cast as Jerry Langford in The King of Comedy. I'll have to look for your review of THE DELICATE DELINQUENT tomorrow, TB. Maybe I'll give that one a try.

Are you a Jerry Lewis fan? I've never heard of this one, imdb says it was his first movie without Martin.

Thank you for posting that delicious poem by Noel Coward. They sound like a dreadful family. So, of course I looked on line to see if our local library has any books on them. They have The Six: Lives of the Mitford Sisters which I'll give a try.
