  1. But, realistically, they want to attract some younger viewers, and to do so, they've got to run more recent films. When I say recent, I mean up to 1975. I don't think they should run anything AFTER 1975, but, jeez, 1975 was more than 30 years ago, so a 1975 movie could easily fall within the definition of a classic movie.

  3. Frank, the fun of this thread is being able to search your brain to come up with a movie that the actor or actress was in. I don't know if I am speaking for everyone, but I'm sure most people have to go to imbd to find a movie that your obscure actors were in. Anbody can do that, and it takes the fun out of the game.

  5. Correct. What were the 3 movies for which she was nominated? (Incidentally, I saw her in "The Actress" yesterday, which was long after her career ran out of steam. The 3 nominated pictures, then "Shadow of a Doubt" and "The Best Years of our Lives", then nothing. Go figure.)
