[Short film clip with Benchley]

Last month TCM broadcast a short film between features. The film showed a large dining room full of would be movie stars, two bearded film execs. and at one of the tables was Robert Benchley and "his date". The film wound up with three young girls singing to one of the female stars (unknown). At the end of the song the two bearded film executives jump up from their table presumably to sign the three girls up. Does any one know the name of this shot film?
