I remember seeing this TCM promo that Jeremy Irons narrated a while ago--it's pretty sexy (for a TCM promo, that is). Towards the end (1:14-1:23 of the youtube clip, linked below) there's a particularly sexy scene that I'm guessing is from the early 60s because of the content. It also feels like it might be from a foreign film, but I could be totally off--it's hard to gauge from the footage given. It's in black and white, of a man running his hands over a blonde woman's body while she's either asleep or just reclining. He then removes her stocking, leaving the garter exposed.
I know it's not much to go on, but does anyone know which film this is from?
