I just found this thread yesterday. I went all the way back to the beginning to see what you've done thus far. You are all amazing! This is a lot of fun. I'm not good at guessing, but I'm having a great time following along.

 

The picture currently in question reminds me of Maureen O'Hara, but I know it's not her. Although I adore Maureen - gorgeous!

[Movie Title - need help]

I'm trying to remember the titles of two movies. One is about a girl who has an eccentric family. I remember that at one part in the movie, the family moves the home - the home is raised from where it is at and they move the entire house down the street.

 

The other movie is about several women who live together during WWII while their husbands are off to war. At the end, one of the women learns that her husbands was killed in the war. She never told him that he is a father.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
