["Nurse Kelly", anyone?]

Maybe 15 yrs ago I rented a classic, b/w, docudrama which I thought was entitled

"Nurse Kelly". It was supposedly based on the life work of a woman who worked with

children who had polio, I believe in the Australian outback.

Eventually, she develops a form of physical therapy that was able to successfully treat

children who had been given up on otherwise. In the 1950's, after opening many clinics in both Australia and Great Britain, she was visiting the US, trying a third time to get acceptance for her therapy, when she was denied once again.

 

Anyway, I rented this from either Blockbuster or Hollywood video, and now can not find any

info on it at all, as if it never existed! So if anyone else has heard of this film, please drop a line!
