I am trying to find a movie for my mom. She thinks it is called "The great American smoke out". It is about a town that is about to run out of money when it hears of a contest to win one million dollars. All the town has to do is quit smoking for one month. The Mayor (Dick Van Dyke?), is having a hard time quitting which causes the whole town to keep a close eye on him.
Has anyone heard of this movie? Is this the correct title? Do you know anyone else that would have played in the movie with Dick Van Dyke?
