I'm looking for this movie for 12 years. And still have no idea about it...
I watched that movie in about 1995-1996. To be more correct, I watched just the first 10-15 minutes.
What I remember:
Possibly at night. Male murderer gets into a house, and kills a woman (in a bedroom as I remember). Then he runs away.
Very soon there arrives some kind of police (or SWAT, or FBI, etc). They inspect the place, take victim in their minivan and go away.
The main point (for recalling) probably is - while they were going back in a minivan, and I have to say that this minivan was very well equipped with various computer systems, they scanned eyes (or MAYBE something else) of the victim, and they got an image of the murderer.
Then with that image they checked computer database and find that person, his name, address, etc.
This everything was happened during first 10-15 minutes.
In general it felt like a movie set in present days or near future, where police is equipped with nearly fantastic hi-tech devices, and crime or murder can be investigated in a couple of minutes.
What's the name of this movie?
