Since I started the thread, I'll add this stipulation to it. If any word is not obviously known to be workable and is therefore not answered within 48 hrs, then the next person can start with a new word, so as to not hold up the thread. If the original poster wants to share the movie titles that are combined with the word in question, he can. (I know we try to be inventive, so as to not repeat simple words; but if we are too inventive, then no one else may be able to read our minds.) If the original poster of the word in question is next to post on the thread, then he/she is free to post a new word in place of it, but otherwise they have lost their turn. *After 48 hrs. with any word not being answered, this thread is open.* *NEXT WORD:* HONEYMOON Edited by: allaboutlana on Oct 13, 2011 2:00 PM

{font:Calibri}"I made my first film in 1954, but it was a 1962 film that gave me my big break and the 1960s were very good to me. I was in notable tv productions in the 1980s and I have worked steadily in the 2000s, too, starring in adventures, biblical stories and foreign films. I have worked with some of the best actors in the industry, starring in some big movies in my career, BIG. Some of my costars have been Gregory Peck, Audrey Hepburn, Julie Andrews, and Jack Palance. Do you know me?"{font}

{font:Calibri}Here's another one then: A Two-time Oscar-winning actress (Best Actress/Supp. Actress) starred in television adaptations of two different films, a 1969 tv movie remake and a 1972 tv movie remake. In the original B&W movies of the same name, the two roles (of the two films) were played by the same actress, one of which she won an Oscar for. (Is this confusing?) We have two different actresses who played the same two roles in two versions of the stories, two original B&W films and two tv-film adaptations. Name the two actresses and the movie titles A hint: the characters they play are very sweet people! (“And don’t you be calling them the girls.”) {font} Edited by: allaboutlana on Oct 12, 2011 8:59 AM
