I have been trying to think of name of a movie that I seen on a TV show TV. It is about this white young lady trying to make it as a star in New York City. She has a black lady that is her house keeper. They both have daughter the same age. The black ladies daughter is fair skinned and passes herself of as white. I don't know any of the actress or actors. The movie I think starts off at christmas. There is a man that all through the movie trys to get the actress to marry him but she makes it big and never has time for him.
