  1. Has anyone heard if Red Dust and Hold Your Man are coming to DVD anytime soon?
  2. It was great to see Kay have her own special day. Loved watching her pre-code films with William Powell. Loved watching one of my favorites Mandalay with her as Spot White.
  3. So sorry about her passing. May she rest in peace.
  4. A book is being done about her life and career . It might out end of this year or sometime next year.
  5. Michelle Morgan is working on a book on the great Carole Lombard to be published by Bearmanor books in the near future.
  6. Harlow in Hollywood by Darrell Rooney and Mark Vieria Is a great book on Harlow and Hollywood during the 1930's. Alot of great photos.
  7. Instead of Playgirl with Kay Francis I would love to see a collection of her Pre-Code films .
  8. Today is the 70th anniversary of the death of Carole Lombard, Sadly missed by all her fans.
  9. I would love to see a whole month of just Pre-code movies saluting all the actress who did pre-codes like Jean Harlow , Barbara Stanwyck , Norma Shearer, Irenne Dunne and others. Also would like to see Ann Sheridan as Star of the Month.
  10. Jean Harlow in Red-Headed Woman , Maureen O' Hara in the The Black Swan and Ann Sheridan in Torrid Zone.
  11. Errol Flynn in the 30's , Clark Gable around 1936 and Robert Mitchum in the 40's and early 50's.
  12. He will be missed. R.I.P. Sherman Potter ( Harry Morgan)
  13. 1. Jean Harlow 2. Carole Lombard 3. Ann Sheridan 4. Linda Darnell 5. Marlene Dietrich
  14. The orgingal Platinum Blonde Jean Harlow is at the top of my list.
  15. Yes finally the Harlow collection. Now if we can get RED DUST and HOLD YOUR MAN released that would be all her MGM films on DVD. We may never get her early films released to DVD but at least we will have the films that made her famous.
