When a famous actor died, he landed the role in the film of the same name. Although he never won an Oscar, he was one of 5 who were featured on a commemorative set of 32 cent US postage stamps. Right track, you're in the station. Verna Felton was the voice of the fairy godmother, one role that endeared her to all of us. I first saw her on December Bride and couldn't wait to see her every week. I loved that show. She and Walt Disney died within a day of each other during their last film together, The Jungle Book.
