Didn't know where to go to ask this question, so if I need to be redirected please let me know-
I've noticed the past few weeks that TCM is broadcasting the weekly cable/satellite tests and the Amber alerts; something they never did in the past. They seem to pop up A LOT here in Atlanta and it's very disruptive to movie enjoyment. Is this going to be the norm from now on with TCM?

I'm really questioning the fact that we never had them before, and I'm starting to notice them-very obnoxious. As a matter of fact there was one broadcast earlier this afternoon. They say "weekly" broadcast-but they show it at least twice a week and sometimes more. I don't know why Comcast would just now start this up-but I guess I'll be contacting them.....
