Can anyone tell me if a soundtrack for Showboat(1936) has been made? I have found other Showboat soundtracks, but the music and the style of the songs sang in the 1936 version are my favourite. If this soundtrack cannot be found is there a way to request it from some place? Please help.

This movie has not yet been released to home video. You can't even rent it any place. I think the wrights to the movie have not yet been released, that is why this movie cannot be found on video/dvd. You can request it though. Maybe if TCM gets enough requests for this movie they will be able to get the wrights.
